SiteCalcTools provides free online material calculators for construction, landscaping and DIY projects in New Zealand and Australia. Premium features including project saving, price comparison, and AI-powered quoting are available through paid subscription plans.
3. Calculator accuracy & disclaimer
Important: All calculations provided by SiteCalcTools are estimates only. Material quantities, costs and specifications are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions or construction work.

4. User accounts
To access certain features you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or redistribute our calculators or software
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

All content, calculators, code, design and branding on SiteCalcTools are the property of SiteCalcTools and are protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
7. Subscription terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To cancel, contact us at hello@sitecalctools.com.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, SiteCalcTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to material over-ordering, project cost overruns or construction errors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to paid subscribers.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
